NLP Certification Standards
NLP is becoming a core skill in many industries and sectors, including management, health professionals and eduction. Qualified NLP professionals are some of the most sought after skilled people in the world today.
NLP Qualifications are Much More Than Just a Peice of Paper
There are hundreds of NLP training companies and dozens of “qualifying bodies” claiming to offer NLP certification, so it is important to make sure you train with an NLP training company that offers valid, credible certification. I offer robust NLP certifications from the Society of NLP (SNLP), an internationally recognised organisations.
I offer the following qualification courses:
- Licensed Practitioner of NLP
- Licensed Business Practitioner of NLP (in house or as part of the Business Application of NLP course)
- Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP
- Licensed Business Master Practitioner of NLP
- Licensed Advanced Master Practitioner of NLP
- Licensed NLP Coach (as part of the Coaching Applications of NLP or NLP Coach Programme)
The Society of NLP
On all our NLP qualification courses certificate is granted by licence from The Society of NLP, formed in 1979 by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. It is the first and largest NLP certification, training, validation and quality control organisation in the world.
The Society of NLP is regularly updating it’s certification process and the qualification to suit current needs and interests as well as updating the syllabus with the most cutting edge NLP methodology.
Assessment Procedure
This is a qualification course and certification in this programme is based on demonstrations of competence, suitable attitude and appropriate experience according to the trainers’ criteria. Unlike some courses you do not get a certification purely for attending. I take certification very seriously, and depending on your level of experience and ability we may ask that you gain further experience or take some additional training before full certification is granted.
Your ability is assessed continually throughout the course which allows us to help you at any time that you get may get stuck or not quite understand something fully.
You will also be given a series of assignments on the final day of the course to demonstrate to yourself how much you have learned through the course.
This means the chances of not successfully completing the course is very low.
I have only refused certification for four people in the time I have been running this and three of those went on to successfully gain their certification after additional training
Certification Process
When you register for the course you will be asked to fill out a license form from the Society of NLP, it is a requirement of certification that you complete and return this form. This license form is there to protect you, the Society and keep standards high by making clear what the certification is and what it qualifies you to do.
On successful completion of the course, your licence form will be processed and posted to the Society of NLP for completion. Your information is checked and the certificates signed by John La Valle, the President of the Society of NLP and Dr Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP then returned to me. This process, as I am sure you can appreciate, can take some time. It usually takes no more than 6 to 8 weeks.
